The Judge had to leave in the fifth inning with calf tightness; this happened after the player ran to second. Clint Fraizer went in to replace him.

Judge was back to the starting line up after being on a 10 day IL and he just played in the second game of the double-header against the Braves.

Yankees’ manager Aaron Boone told the media that there’s a possibility that Judge will get back to the IL starting tomorrow, even though he said the injury is not that bad.

 

Boone said that it is "possible" that Aaron Judge will need to go back to the IL. They will wait to see how he is feeling tomorrow.

It seems that those “injury ghosts” are still haunting Judge and teammate Giancarlo Stanton, going back and forth into the DL or IL during the season, with no timetable for being 100% healty.

There’s gotta be a way for the Judge to recover his former self and start helping the Yankees into maling the Playoffs on this short MLB 2020 season.
